Following the historic rapprochement between Ethiopia and Eritrea, a delegation led by Ambassador Hailemichael, senior diplomats and staff paid a courtesy visit to the Eritrean Embassy in London, to further cement the agreement and resume diplomatic ties.

Ethiopia and Eritrea resume diplomatic ties
The Embassy has recently been made aware of some people engaging in fraudulent acts of soliciting money for the Diaspora Trust Fund, which is still in the process of being set up. Please do not to fall victim to any scams, the Embassy will officially announce the launch of the Trust Fund once it has gone public.

Phase 1 of the refurbishment, the Consular Section, has been completed. During Phase 2 of the refurbishment, the Ground Floor, access to the Embassy will be via the Consular Section at the Basement until further notice.
