ኮቪድ-19፡ አስቸኳይ የወገን ለወገን ጥሪ ከኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ ለንደን

ለንደን፥ መጋቢት 27 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም

በአገራችን ኢትዮጵያ ኮቪድ-19 ወረርሽኝ ከተከሰተ ሳምንታት ተቆጥረዋል። ከጊዜ ወደጊዜ የቫይረሱ ተጠቂዎች ቁጥር እየጨመረ ይገኛል። እሁድ መጋቢት 27/2012 ዓ.ም ሁለት እንቁ ኢትዮጵያዊያን በዚህ አስከፊ በሽታ ውድ ህይዎታቸውን አጥተዋል። ከዚህ አንጻር የአገራችንን ሁኔታ ስናይ የጤናው ዘርፍ ባለበት የአቅም ውስንነት የሁሉም ዜጋ ድጋፍ ካልታከለበት በሽታው ከፍተኛ አደጋ ያስከትላል፡፡

በመሆኑም የቫረሱን ወረርሺኝ ለመከላከል መንግስት ካቋቋመው የብሄራዊ ሃብት ማሰባሰብ ኮሚቴ መመሪያ መሰረት በተጨማሪ ኤምባሲያችን በእንግሊዝ የሚኖሩ ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያዊያን እና ኢትዮጵያዊያን ወረርሺኙን ለመከላከል እገዛ የሚያደርጉበትን የሰው ሃብት፣ የገንዘብ እና ቁሳቁስ እርዳታ መንገዶችን ዘርግቷል።

ይህን አስከፊ ጊዜ ለማለፍ ለወገን ደራሽ ወገን መሆኑን አምነን ሕዝባችንን ከተጋርጠበት የገዳይ ቫይረስ ጭንቅና አደጋ በአስቸኳይ ደርሰን ለመታደግ የዳያስፖራው ሚና ከምንጊዜውም በላይ ወሳኝ ነው።
