Notice of Temporary Disruption to Consular Services
Coronavirus continues to remain a serious threat across the United Kingdom and the rates of infection are continuing to rise in London due to the Delta variant of the virus.
It has recently come to our attention that one of our consular staff members has tested positive for COVID-19. As a result, effective immediately, and until further notice, our consular department staff, as well as other employees that have been exposed to potential infection, will be isolating for the next 10 days as per the current Public Health England and UK Government guidelines.
Unfortunately, this means that there will be temporary disruption to our face-to-face services to prevent the spread of the virus and safeguard members of the public.
The health and wellbeing of our staff, their families, and customers remain our top priority, and as such, we will continue to closely monitor the situation and follow the latest government advice.
Our services will resume as soon as it is deemed safe for our employees and customers to return.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
