The Ethiopian Horticulture Producers & Exporters Association (EHPEA) organises trade fairs, exhibitions and expositions in collaboration with organisations that have wide experience at international level.

In collaboration with HPP Worldwide, one of the leading organisers of horticulture/ floriculture events internationally, EHPEA plans to hold HORTIFLORA ETHIOPIA 2007 from 21^st to 23^rd March 2007 at the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center which will be attended by exhibitors from different countries including growers of flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs and suppliers of inputs (breeders, propagators, fertilisers and agro-chemicals) and green-house suppliers.

Service providers such as transporters, freight forwarders, flower auction centres and also manufacturers of packaging materials will also be taking part.

This will be the second international event of its kind for Ethiopia in the field of horticulture/floriculture and is expected to be larger and more colourful than the previous one, held in 2005 at the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) premises.

Activities are underway to facilitate the implementations of the exhibition and foreign and local exhibitors have been registering to participate.

EHPEA would like to invite companies to attend the exhibition and will do all they can to facilitate the process.
