The 11th Addis Chamber International Trade Fair is organised by Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce & Sectoral Associations.
OBJECTIVES
Introduce Ethiopian business enterprises and their products/services to the general public and the international business community
Bring together technology suppliers and seekers and facilitate the transfer of technology.
Serve as a platform for exploring the possibilities of joint venture investments in Ethiopia.
Create a forum where local and international business communities could come together and reach business agreements.
Facilitate exchange of experience and information among the business community world wide.
Provide forum for buyer - seller meetings to utilise immediate trading opportunities
Attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)
Promote investment potential of Ethiopia.
FEATURES
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON DISPLAY:
As a General Trade Fair, a large number of products/services and line of business will be on exhibit.
BUYER-SELLER MEETINGS:
Buyer-seller meetings provide a forum for potential buyer and sellers of products and services. Accordingly, with a view to promoting the exports of Ethiopian products and imports of goods into the country, there will be buyer-seller contact meetings.
CONCURRENT EVENTS:
Fashion show, exhibitor's days, musical show where modern and traditional musical shows will be staged, and Ethiopian Reflection Day.
FACILITIES:
Each exhibitor (contracting party) will have at his/her disposal a table, two chairs and two spotlights free of charge. Beside, the cost of construction of booth and depicting of the contracting company's name on facia board is included in the rental fee.
SECRETARIAL SERVICES:
The organiser has arranged full secretarial support services on the grounds of the fair. A typing pool with computers as well as copying machines will be in place against a reasonable service charge.
COMMUNICATION SERVICES:
Telephone, fax and e-mail services will be available against payment of service charge as per the normal rate of Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation.
